Subject to these terms and conditions, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license (subscription) to access and use the Site (App) by displaying it through your Internet browser solely for the purpose of conducting video conferencing activities provided on the Site (App).
You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, rent, transfer, create derivative works from, translate, modify, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the software or any portion thereof, except with our express written consent. You may not use any information provided on the Site (App) for commercial purposes or in any way exploit the Site (App) for the benefit of another business, except with our express prior consent. You shall not upload, distribute or otherwise publish on this Site (in the Appendix) any Content (information or other material) that (a) infringes the copyright, patent, trademark, service mark, trade secret or other proprietary right of any person; (b) is defamatory, threatening, obscene, pornographic or may give rise to any civil or criminal international legal liability; (c) contains any bugs, viruses, worms, network holes, Trojan horse malware or other harmful code or features.
If you violate, fail to comply with, or act irresponsibly or not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, restrictions and conditions of use of the Site (Application) specified here and in the Privacy Policy, posted in various places on the Site (Application) or otherwise notified to Users of the Site (Application), we may terminate, suspend and/or limit the validity of your account/profile, including, but not limited to, any of our stated obligations under these terms, with or without notice, in addition to using other legal remedies.

When registering on this Site (Application) or browsing the Site (Application) without registering, you may not impersonate another person, falsify your identity or impersonate someone else. You may not use a fictitious email address, impersonate anyone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions or Content. We may, but are not obligated to, remove or edit any Submissions (including comments or reviews) for any reason.

Refund Policy
There is no refund for subscriptions. The very fact of paid registration on our service is a service provided in the amount chosen by the User. Changing the amount or refusing to continue using the received subscription can be done by registering on the so-called free basis or on another subscription chosen by the User.
However, cancellation of transactions is possible and will be carried out according to the rules of online payment acceptance services (SPP).
The subscription is valid within the reach of the Internet and is distributed to all citizens and subjects of all countries of the world in accordance with the legislation of the host country.

No other paid services are provided, except for subscription!
The material object that the User may receive (including PPJ cards) is a free gift, which the User may refuse at any time for any reason or without such.
International access
This Site and Application are available in different parts of the world. The Site (Application) may not contain goods or links to goods that are prohibited or unavailable in any country. Please remember that you are fully responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations of the country of residence.
Severability
If any of these provisions is held to be invalid, unenforceable or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provisions.
