Privacy Policy
General Provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) defines the procedure and grounds for processing personal data that the Entrepreneur* receives from an individual – a user (hereinafter referred to as the User or Participant) of the mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the Application) and/or other services (sites) of the Entrepreneur’s application programming interface that allow the User to register in the Application and receive the Entrepreneur’s services.
1.2. The grounds for processing personal data collected by the Entrepreneur using the Application are the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of his/her personal data.
The Entrepreneur processes the Users’ personal data exclusively within the framework of the requirements of the Law.
1.3. The Entrepreneur does not collect and does not process personal data about racial or ethnic origin, political and religious beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions and related information.
Scope
2.1. The owner of the personal data base of Users who voluntarily downloaded the Application or used another tool (service) to receive the Entrepreneur's services online is LLC "PPJ".
2.2. By using the Entrepreneur's services through the application and/or other service of the application program interface, the User provides voluntary unambiguous consent to the processing of his/her personal data by the Entrepreneur.
The scope of the User's personal data includes and/or may include the following information:
surname, first name;
passport data;
gender;
date and place of birth;
identification number;
place of residence and/or registration;
personal telephone number;
e-mail address;
correspondence delivery address;
IP address;
time of access to the Application, etc.
2.3. Personal data processed by the Entrepreneur is considered confidential information.
Information collected, received and posted by the Entrepreneur
3.1. When the User creates an account in the Application, the Entrepreneur may request the information listed in clause 2.2 of this Policy.
3.2. During the operation of the Application, the Entrepreneur may collect personal information about the participation of Users in marketing campaigns organized by the Entrepreneur, as well as process information related to the effectiveness of the Application.
3.3. When the User addresses customer support, the Entrepreneur, if necessary, may, during the operation of its Application, collect personal information necessary to fulfill the User's request and receive feedback. The Entrepreneur may also contact the User using the existing account contact information provided/available for this purpose.
3.4. The Entrepreneur may collect and store information obtained as a result of surveys that may be conducted by the Entrepreneur or by contractors engaged by it - third parties.
Use of personal data
4.1. To provide its services, the Entrepreneur may use the information it collects and posts for the following purposes:
4.1.1. providing customer service, including for creating and managing User accounts, resolving technical difficulties and accessing various functions;
4.1.2. adapting offers and experiences, including advertising on its services;
4.1.3. monitoring the general and individual activity of Users of the Application;
4.1.4. communicating with Users, including on service issues, offering new products and services, maintenance or permitted marketing communications through any available communication channels, etc.;
4.1.5. conducting research and analytical activities to improve the Entrepreneur's services and/or the quality of related services;
4.1.6. assessment of some factors of personal information, in particular, for the analysis and prediction of personal preferences, interests, exercise of rights and obligations, behavior in various conditions, official communication, use of social networks and location.
4.2. The Entrepreneur may store the information that it collects and receives when providing services for as long as necessary to fulfill the above purposes.
Information exchange
5.1. The Entrepreneur may use third-party providers of the declared service to provide some components of its services. In such cases, the providers are not authorized to use personal data obtained as a result of providing services or using the Entrepreneur's Application, other than for providing services to the Entrepreneur, and the personal data themselves are the subject of this Policy.
5.2. The Entrepreneur reserves the right, in accordance with the requirements of the law, to provide information only to state authorities for the following purposes:
fighting fraud and other crimes;
official investigation of violations of the legislation of the host country or combating any other violations of the provisions of the Public Agreement/Rules and terms of service provision.
5.3. The Entrepreneur may provide personal data of Users only upon requests from competent state authorities, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the host country.
5.4. For the purposes of the above, the Entrepreneur may transfer data to legal entities whose ultimate beneficiary is the same person as the ultimate beneficiary of the Entrepreneur.
User Control
6.1. Users who have created an official account through the Application may access, correct or delete the information they provide. The Official User is responsible for the accuracy of the data or messages provided when using the Entrepreneur's services, services and the Application. The posted information may be changed in the user's personal account in the Application.
6.2. The Entrepreneur may delete or terminate the processing of the User's personal data upon receipt of a written notification from the Official User about the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.
Security
7.1. All information is protected by technical means and security procedures to prevent unauthorized access or use of data. Affiliated persons of the Entrepreneur, reliable partners and independent service providers undertake to use the information received from the Entrepreneur in accordance with the Entrepreneur's requirements for security and this Policy.
Rights of Users
8.1. The Official User has the right:
a) to know about the source of collection, location of his personal data, purpose of their processing, location or place of residence of the owner or manager of personal data or to give an appropriate instruction to obtain this information to persons authorized by him, except for cases established by the law of the host country;
b) to receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom his personal data is transferred;
c) to access his personal data;
d) to receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except for cases stipulated by the law of the host country, a response on whether his personal data is being processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data;
e) submit a reasoned request to the data controller to object to the processing of their personal data;
f) submit a reasoned request to change or destroy their personal data to any data controller or processor if these data are processed unlawfully or are inaccurate;
g) to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or defamatory of the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual/legal entity;
h) to file complaints about the processing of their personal data with the court;
i) to apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection.
Amendments to this Policy
9.1. The Entrepreneur may update this Policy, the new version of the Privacy Policy shall enter into force from the moment of its posting on the Internet at the address specified in this paragraph, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. Final Provisions
10.1. The Entrepreneur reserves the right to change the Policy in part or in full without guaranteeing the preservation of the preferential terms of registration of the Official User.
10.2. The fact of continued use of the services of the Entrepreneur and its services is confirmation of the consent and acceptance by the Official User of the relevant version of the Policy.
10.3. The Entrepreneur and the User must choose a single Arbitrator for the parties to resolve the dispute, who will deal with the problems of the Users of the Application. The Arbitrator's decision is final and cannot be appealed.
