Greetings, Mr. Volodymyr!
I am writing to you as my former student.
It was the books with my participation that taught you criminal law (there, between Stashys and Tatsii, you will find the surname Tarasenko).
So, I am writing this letter on the eve of the meeting in America.
Three pieces of advice-requirements:
First. If, as I do, you consider Putin a criminal — give the order on August 18, 2025 to open criminal proceedings and suspect him of committing a crime stipulated by Parts 1 and 2 of Article 437 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — a crime of aggression. The meeting with the US President should begin with informing him of the criminal proceedings number and handing him a paper extract from the ERDR in English with the suspect’s surname in the original language.
Second. If so, as I do, you believe that it is the Russians who should pay us reparations — give the command on August 18, 2025 to receive from the President of the United States (in exchange for suspicion in electronic form) the access key to the accounts of the Ukraine Support Fund (The Ukraine Support Fund shall fund war compensation or reconstruction in Ukraine) in accordance with Law 8038 H.R.8038 - 21st Century Peace through Strength Act (Article 59 of the Code of Criminal Procedure).
Third. If so, as I do, you believe that it is the priests of the Russian Orthodox Church who should leave Ukraine — give the order on August 18, 2025 to apply Article 96-6 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — to liquidate, confiscate property and impose astronomical fines on legal entities-agents of the so-called religious communities, departments and centers, monasteries, religious brotherhoods, missionary societies (missions), spiritual educational institutions, as well as associations consisting of the above-mentioned religious organizations. A personal decree on the immediate implementation of criminal legal measures against criminal legal entities — on the negotiating table with all interested parties.
I don’t even want to think that you don’t think the way Associate Professor Tarasenko thinks
