Advertising

1. The PPJ.ua website administration offers the following terms of advertising for users of official chat services (hereinafter referred to as Clients).

2. The Client is provided with free advertising on the website at the discretion of the website administration at a time, place and form chosen by PPJ.

3. The Client may consent to advertising his/her account by making an irrevocable mark in the account profile (prohibition of advertising may only be in the form of a lack of consent to such advertising).

4. Advertising is carried out after subscription and is of three types:

1. VIP subscription with a free demonstration on the VIP subscribers page;
2. VIP subscription with a free-fixed demonstration on the VIP subscribers page in the VIP zone with the possibility of displaying the Client's advertising block (avatar image) in the left part of the website's home page, the home page of the ATAKA application on the App Store and the ATAKA application on the Play Market.
The demonstration of the advertising block on the site itself is limited to 24 hours per month during the subscription period.

The parties to the agreement can agree on a location on the map of the country of the Site Client. 

3. The contractual price of advertising is more than $ 10,000.

5. The calculation of the payment for advertising is carried out in the settlement currencies agreed upon by the Administration. 

—  The parties agree that the payment for advertising is charged at a penalty price in case of violation by the Client of the Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy. 

—  In the event of changes to these Terms and Conditions, the rules and conditions of the changes shall apply and the Site Administration shall inform users of them on this page. 

—  Advertising on corporate sites is carried out at a contractual price.
